Job Description
BrightDesk is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to delight US-based customers over live chat and email during the night shift (PH time).
You will resolve tickets, escalate bugs, and turn frustrated users into loyal fans with patience and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries over chat and email within SLA.
- Troubleshoot account and billing issues end to end.
- Document recurring issues and suggest help-center improvements.
- Collaborate with the product team to escalate bugs.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written English with a warm, professional tone.
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools.
- Willing to work the US night shift (PH time).
