Job Description

Keystone Realty needs a reliable Bookkeeper to keep our property-management finances accurate and up to date.

This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate with the CPA at tax time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
  • Familiarity with US real estate accounting is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
