What does it cost to post a job or browse talent?
Nothing. Posting, browsing, messaging, time tracking, and job management are all free. The only charge is 10% of a transaction, taken when funds release.

Do you mark up the VA’s rate?
No. The rate you agree with your VA is the rate they earn. Linkage does not sit between you and your hire, and does not take a cut of their wage.

How do I know a VA can actually do the work?
Every profile is verified, and VAs can complete skills assessments that produce a certificate you can check on the /verify page before you hire.

What if the work is not delivered?
Funds stay in escrow until you approve. If the work is not delivered, the money has not left escrow, and disputes are resolved item by item with the full record attached.
