How payment works
Three steps from deposit to payout. Every transaction is escrow-protected for both sides.
- 1 Fund 50% in escrow
The employer deposits half the contract amount into secure escrow before the VA starts work. Both sides can see the money is real and committed.
- 2 VA works on-platform
The VA completes the job with time logs and deliverables tracked in one place. Everything is documented and transparent.
- 3 Both sides approve, funds release
When both parties approve, the remaining balance and escrow deposit are released. A flat 5% fee comes out of the transaction — no hidden costs.
