* Provide technical support and CRM implementation using GoHighLevel (GHL), including both front-end and back-end funnel development * Set up and manage funnel websites designed for client lead generation and sales conversion ("build to sell" model) * Configure and troubleshoot email and phone integrations, ensuring deliverability and compliance within automated systems * Create and maintain custom values, revise and manage email snippets, and attach them to workflow automations * Design and implement workflow automations, pipeline stages, and complete CRM setups tailored to individual client needs * Assist in cold outreach setup, contact segmentation, and client-requested tasks inside GHL to ensure smooth operations and optimized user experience * Use Zapier for automation between platforms and Canva for graphic assets supporting marketing funnels * Create and embed calendars into funnels and automation systems, ensuring end-to-end scheduling functionality * Collaborate with the team while independently learning new processes and systems, reducing reliance on coworker assistance over time * Architect and deploy AI-driven CRM and funnel systems inside GoHighLevel, including intelligent chatbots, automated lead qualification, and multi-channel follow-up (SMS, Email, Webchat) * Implement predictive lead scoring and sentiment-based routing to prioritize hot leads and dynamically trigger conversion-focused workflows * Build AI-personalized email/SMS sequences based on behavioral tracking (opens, clicks, replies, form activity) to increase engagement and booking rates * Integrate third-party tools (Make, Zapier, N8N, AI APIs) to create scalable, fully automated backend systems for agencies managing multiple subaccounts * Develop AI-enhanced reporting dashboards and funnel optimization systems, including automated A/B testing, predictive analytics, and next-best-action workflows
