An Asset Management Specialist at Lexmark is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data of company and customer assets particularly within Managed Print Services (MPS) accounts. The role ensures that devices, consumables, and services are delivered efficiently while supporting billing accuracy and operational performance. 1. Asset Data Management Maintain accurate records of devices and assets in systems like Siebel and SAP Process asset changes such as: Moves Adds Decommission Changes (MADC) Monitor device usage, meter readings, and connectivity Goal: Ensure data accuracy and proper asset tracking 2. Billing & Invoice Processing Generate preliminary invoices for MPS accounts Validate billing data and analyze trends Create detailed billing reports for customers Goal: Ensure accurate and timely billing 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Use tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and BI tools Analyze billing trends and asset performance Identify discrepancies (missing data, delays, errors) Goal: Provide insights and improve operational efficiency 4. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving Investigate and resolve: Missing data (meter reads, contracts, etc.) Invoice delays System inconsistencies Work with internal teams and global counterparts Goal: Ensure smooth operations and minimal service disruption 5.
